By high school, creativity was central to his life; he was often behind the lens, filming short movies centered on skateboarding with friends. At just 15, Kennon won “Best Documentary” at a high school film festival, although he wasn’t there to accept the award—he was already out filming the next movie, which premiered to a packed local theater with over 500 attendees. This early passion for storytelling led to a three-week internship at age 19 that quickly evolved into his first professional role, setting the stage for an impressive career.

For the next decade, Kennon forged his skills in the fires of advertising by working with global brands through major ad agencies in Denver, New York City, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. These years gave Kennon a full understanding of narrative, marketing, and visual expertise.

Today, Kennon’s journey has brought him to the world of entertainment, where he thrives as a creative director in motion design and an accomplished director, screenwriter, and producer. His recent foray into development of original series reflects his commitment to storytelling that resonates deeply with audiences, exploring themes of “stolen youth told through a supernatural lens.”
